Gifted the Clara King-size Sheet Set to my 93 year old mother, a retired, but very active, former kindergarten teacher, who demands quality and value from everything that she purchases or is gifted. She received the sheet set despite misgivings, one being that the fitted sheet wouldn't possibly fit well over her very deep mattress. It took some persuasion to have her remove the sheets from the packaging, suggesting that she at least just "try" to see how the sheets felt and fit. She immediately loved the fabric, which she stated would allow her to more easily position herself and move around in bed, but still doubted that the fitted sheet would "work" with her mattress. Lo and behold, what a surprise! The fitted sheet fit her deep mattress perfectly! She immediately apologized for doubting my knowledge of the sheets (despite my history of prior purchases of PCA sheets for adult children, adult granddaughters, and myself) and has since laundered them and placed on her bed, enjoying them immensely. She has now found the sheets worthy of her high standards, in both quality and value. A worthy gift indeed.
