The order was easy to complete and my question to customer service was quickly resolved. Delivery took place the following week and the driver went out of his way to ensure tiles were placed as near to my property that he could get. I would order from this retailer again.

nice stone slabs
nice sandstone slabs, mainly grey with some brown, received 33 in one crate with 1 broken, and 32 in the other no broken. but that is within the tolerances.

Quick delivery and very happy as they were cheapest I could find on internet for commercial pack, slabs thickness wasn't uniformed and half were thinner than the rest, colour variation isn't that great as most are grey but for the price can't complain

My first order was confirmed, even when the item was out of stock. The order was cancelled while waiting for new stock. I was promised a message when it was back in stock, which didn’t happen. I noticed it was back in stock and re-ordered. I wasn’t sure when it was dispatched and when to expect delivery. It arrived without prior warning — fortunately I was at home. Overall not great customer service.
