I had to return my shoes, bought on line, to the Newcastle store, so that l could try on shoes to replace them. The service there was fantastic and l have to especially thank Declan, who was there from their head office in Western Australia, for his considerable time spent with me. I ended up buying 3 pairs of shoes that l love and that fit my "difficult" feet ! They are so comfortable and have an extra of innersoles provided with each pair offering more arch support if required. I highly recommend Paul Caroll, especially if you need shoes for troubled feet, they have a great range. 😁
