I was today at the Stirling Paul Carroll Store having a lovely time shopping and browsing with other customers whilst being attended to by Ann - an exceptional customer service representative for Paul Carroll. Another customer entered the shop and decided that waiting wasn’t for her and complained about not being attended to despite there being customers ahead of her. She was extremely rude and made all in the shop feel very uncomfortable. Ann handled the situation with poise and maturity and explained to her that she was helping a customer and there were two other customers that were ahead of her. Ann was speaking to the client about the shoes and where she could enjoy wearing them whilst packing the shoes into the boxes for the client (she was purchasing three pairs), this rude lady decided that this was unacceptable and made a scene. Absolutely rude customer who should have a good long hard look at herself and the manner in which she treats others.

The online service was excellent. I was informed at every stage of the buying and delivery process-and I love the little message with the mint sweet attached! Nice touch.
