Shipping is fast and out of stock items get replenished quickly. I have tried most of the products and I dare say that pattern has transformed my hair. It's so exciting to get me curls back!!

Product makes my hair soft but also with use of mousse and the gel my hair turns out fluffy when air dried or diffused. Like its missing a firmer hold. I have to use herbal essence mouse along with these products so my curls have control and not so fluffy

Everything is GREAT ! The only complaint that I have is whenever I order my jumbettes there is always a bit of moisture or even some leakage from the bottle

I tried PATTERN for the first time by purchasing a large Leave in conditioner, Breakage Hair Mask, and the Palo Santo Styling Cream because I couldn't get my hands on a previous brand that I thought would be my Holy Grail! I also chose the Intensive Conditioner as the sample with order. WOW, WOW, WOW!! I have never seen curls and coils in my hair to that extent before. EVER!!! Needless to say, I doubled back and purchased pretty much every other product PATTERN offers, plus styling tools. I am very happy with all the tools and products I purchased, and am excited to see where the products take my hair!
