Great product, great customer service and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality commercial grade umbrella.

Product quality is Good, the time from order to receiving was slightly slow but not unreasonable given it was at the peak of Xmas. Performance to date has been very good. Can ramp up the garage from 35 to 65 in about 1. 5 hr.

SERVICE AND TECH SUPPORT HAS BEEN STELLAR. CALL AND ASK LOTS OF QUESTIONS. LET THEM KNOW ABOUT YOUR SITUATION AND CIRCUMSTANCE. THEY HAVE MANY BRANDS AND MOUNTING APPLICATIONS TO ASSIST YOUR SETUP. THEN HAVE YOUR ELECTRICIAN DO THE SAME TO DOUBLE CHECK AMPS AND SETUP. THEY ARE EASY TO TALK TO.

All is good except the shipping was sketchy. Packaging for the base and the add-on was severely damaged with penetrations and abrasions. The base protection paint was heavily scratched and the damaged areas are now developing rust in those spots. I have to isolate it from our patio floor covering so it doesn't rust-stain the rug
