I already gave one review. Disappointed that umbrella & base weren't included together. I realized that after I received umbrella & there was no base. Then had to order base for more expense.

One of the fans was shipped with a globe that was slightly cracked. I was very pleased with the customer service and able to replace it easily.

I do love this umbrella! The color is amazing and it matches all the cushions I have had and new ones I bought!!!! Sunbrella olis So resistant to sun fading!!! The best! The frame also is made very well. Will protect us from the sun for decades+ !

Product quality is Good, the time from order to receiving was slightly slow but not unreasonable given it was at the peak of Xmas. Performance to date has been very good. Can ramp up the garage from 35 to 65 in about 1. 5 hr.

Excellent

All is good except the shipping was sketchy. Packaging for the base and the add-on was severely damaged with penetrations and abrasions. The base protection paint was heavily scratched and the damaged areas are now developing rust in those spots. I have to isolate it from our patio floor covering so it doesn't rust-stain the rug
