2 parts aren’t correct and one was defective. I have received no response to inquiries on this order

I ordered two front lower control arms (left + right) from Subaru Online Parts, but they shipped two left arms. I already paid the import fees for the original shipment. They promised to send a replacement right-side arm “at no charge” and “marked as replacement,” but the replacement package was incorrectly declared as NEW SALE, causing UPS to charge import fees again. UPS clearly stated that the seller only needed to send corrected replacement paperwork, but the seller refused and instead asked me to pay first. To make things worse, UPS reported the replacement package as damaged in transit, and the seller still expected me to accept it. This is a critical suspension component — accepting a damaged part is unsafe. This issue has dragged on for almost a month across multiple email threads. The seller’s communication is slow, inconsistent, and often contradictory. They repeatedly shifted responsibility back to me instead of fixing their own shipping and customs errors. I still have not received the correct part I paid for. I cannot recommend this seller based on my experience.

Well I would have happily gave this group a great review except they has little to no customer support. The customer support they do have does not get back to customers in a timely manner, when you request a supervisor call you that doesn't happen so overall its a company I would not recommend anyone do business with and overall puts a black eye on Subaru International.

Bought parts from them and the part got sent to the wrong address and the customer service respond are the slowest ever!! Still no resolution!! Worst!!

Finding the right part in the catalog is hit and miss. It’s also very difficult to return a wrong part because the office fights and comes up with bull shot excuses

These are a nice upgrade for the first gens. There’s 3 catches where they actually stay in place and haven’t bruised up my shins since. Kind of expensive after shipping and duty fees but still worth it

You sent me a broken part. I asked for a new one to sent, you asked tor pictures, I sent them, and you have not shipped a replacement. Horrible buisiness!

Needed to reach out for some help this time as I was not sure what the correct order number was. Few days later I received an itemized list of all the parts I needed. Also, with just a click, all the parts were ordered which made things very convenient. Parts arrived quickly and were exact OEM replacement. Thank you very much for your help!
