2 parts aren’t correct and one was defective. I have received no response to inquiries on this order

I ordered two front lower control arms (left + right) from Subaru Online Parts, but they shipped two left arms. I already paid the import fees for the original shipment. They promised to send a replacement right-side arm “at no charge” and “marked as replacement,” but the replacement package was incorrectly declared as NEW SALE, causing UPS to charge import fees again. UPS clearly stated that the seller only needed to send corrected replacement paperwork, but the seller refused and instead asked me to pay first. To make things worse, UPS reported the replacement package as damaged in transit, and the seller still expected me to accept it. This is a critical suspension component — accepting a damaged part is unsafe. This issue has dragged on for almost a month across multiple email threads. The seller’s communication is slow, inconsistent, and often contradictory. They repeatedly shifted responsibility back to me instead of fixing their own shipping and customs errors. I still have not received the correct part I paid for. I cannot recommend this seller based on my experience.

Well I would have happily gave this group a great review except they has little to no customer support. The customer support they do have does not get back to customers in a timely manner, when you request a supervisor call you that doesn't happen so overall its a company I would not recommend anyone do business with and overall puts a black eye on Subaru International.
