Perfect replacement

Worst experience I've ever had with a dealer. I bought a part online and included my car's VIN number during the purchase, but they sent the wrong model part. They said it was my fault, even though I provided the car's VIN number at the time of purchase. They sent me the wrong part and refused to send me the label. I returned the part claiming it was my fault. Dishonest.

Haven’t received the part. Still waiting.

Ordering the parts was a snap. I like email updates that let me know my order is in work or shipped. UPS is a disaster. It took a week to get somewhere near me and my parts have been sitting for a week waiting to for someone to deliver them. Pony Express was faster and they used a pony, literally.

The wheel that I received for the 2024 Prius had a lug bolt pattern that accepts beveled lug nuts, the Prius has flange style lug nuts. I obtained an RMA and that part has been returned. However, ANYONE who orders this part for their Prius will be returning it to you.
