Well, whoever is doing the packing needs to learn how to pack and ship heavy items. Hardware box was open and parts everywhere thought out the box, no tape on the box to hold everything in it. Sway bar wasn't in the cardboard supports, and the box was opened upon delivery. Staples didn't hold it together, try some packaging tape next time.

I placed this order on Monday, and now it is Friday, yet the part has still not been delivered. This is especially frustrating given that your location is less than 100 miles away and I paid extra for expedited shipping based on the delivery timeframe that was promised. this delay has caused significant inconvenience for me. This issue has disrupted my car’s repair appointment twice, and two days later the part is still not here. I rely on my car to get to work every day, and these delays have directly affected my daily responsibilities.

Everything was great. My only complaint is that the website was not completely helpful. I ordered brake pads for my Prius, which were listed on the website, but only shims for the rear were listed and not for the front. I had to call and get the part number before I could complete my order.
