I purchased a timing belt for my 2000 Lexus ES300 online using the part number available online. The parts department process my order immediately. The following day I had an email from the parts department advising me on an error on the part number. The order was revised with the new part number. I received the part and I had it installed without any issues. Excellent work from the parts department.

My go to for Lexus parts, generally they're cheaper than other online stores or even the dealership. I also recently made a warranty claim and they approved it in a timely manner. I recently directed another Lexus IS Owner to order parts from here too and he told me he was amazed because they literally have everything. 10/10

This dealer offers a great deal and service. The rotors I received were not fit due to the missing information on the web. They took the response and replace the correct ones for free. You know it is not cheap to deliver heavy items back and forth. It was very easy to communicate by phone or email. Recommend this dealer for you Lexus.
