Have placed two orders with Longo. Happy with both with one exception. Opted to pay expedited shipping on most recent order (over $100) to get parts here by 1-28 to get a car together for an event. Was notified on 1-28 that the parts were about to ship... We got by, but would not have expedited shipping knowing that the parts would be a that late. I understand shipping is tough now, but the parts had not even left Longo by the arrival date. I will continue to use you guys for sure, but refund of the expedite charge would be appreciated. Common sense
Great staff, but when ordering transmission oil pan, it's common sense for the plug to come with it. Or at least recommend plug needed while placing order and gasket that is needed.
