There was mistakes on every item in my order

Came in for a routine maintenance of 135k and also had a concern for a rattle sound. Sophia, Paymon, Chris, and Kyle took great care of my car, provided a loaner, found the rattle noise was a from a heater core and provided constant updates as the remedied the problem. Now I got my car back and cannot be any happier.

The 2 items I purchased was delivered on time. The whole transaction was pain free.
