I ordered the incorrect part and I needed to request a return. I had to reach out to the parts department multiple times before I got a response. When I did get a response the customer service rep was very short spoken and made the interaction feel very impersonal and as if they just simply didn't care. They also did not offer me any other solutions but to get a refund even though in my original communication to them I made it very clear as to what I was looking for and that I wanted some help finding it I even provided my VIN number hoping it would be all they needed to help me get the correct part. I was told that I would be sent a return label but it took almost 24HRS before they actually sent it to me.

Shipment was lost (USPS never received). Tried to email and call. No response to email and no one answers phone. Finally got someone at the parts counter and they were rude and told me I had to call USPS. USPS said it was responsibility of sender since it was never received.
