Ordered parts online for pickup. Came inside and walked to the "Pickup Parts" desk and nobody was at the desk to help me. So I waited about 5 minutes, meanwhile, there are a bunch of employees walking around without a care in the world having conversations with each other, some of which actually see me not getting helped. Yet, nobody could be bothered to come help me. When a CUSTOMER has to walk deep into the building to interrupt a group of employees conversation just to get helped, what does that say about the business? Seems like the employees are happy to be at work and enjoy each other, however, they can't be bothered for customer service.
