Love the Stevens creek service team
Came in for a routine maintenance of 135k and also had a concern for a rattle sound. Sophia, Paymon, Chris, and Kyle took great care of my car, provided a loaner, found the rattle noise was a from a heater core and provided constant updates as the remedied the problem. Now I got my car back and cannot be any happier.

It appears order may have been hung up in administration as it came across as ship shortly after I placed follow-up call. Did receive product, which I am grateful for, so now I can bring my 2012 ls 460 with 139K miles back up to top notch condition. Thank you for fulfillment.

We were off to a rocky start but after further diagnoses lexus/michael were able to find the perfect solution for my GX 470. I totally recommend Michael as a service advisor. He is super knowledgeable and patience. Thank you so much for your assistance! NO MORE LIGHTS ON THE DASH! I personal ran a diagnostic test using a OBD2 and DTC tool and no codes
