Parts were ordered and arrived quickly

Fast shipping and great price on Highlander spark plugs.

Living in Canada, I was sure it would be a nightmare buying parts from the USA. However, I needed a part that was only available in the USA, and due to backlogs in Canada, the wait time for the part was indefinite. I found Grieco Toyota online while searching for parts, and their prices were amazing. I was able to use a package forwarding service, however, there was an issue where a specific number had to be in the Name field so that the package forwarding service would know where to send the package in Canada. Their online site wasn't allowing numbers in the name field, so I contacted them. Their customer service was amazing, I called many times and every time was greeted with such respect. Their online parts department especially helped me. Oscar, from that department, added another label on the package with the specific number so it could be directed properly within the package forwarding service. Additionally, he packaged all my parts in one package so that I wouldn't get charged more shipping fees across Canada. He also gave me his email so I can send all the label instructions from the package forwarding service so he can make sure my package makes it to me. In all, if it wasn't for Grieco Toyota and their service, my car would still be in the shop. As a Canadian, I will be buying my parts from them now. If i could give them more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you Grieco Toyota and Thank you Oscar for all of your help.

Good transaction. Thank you!

Great transaction but shipping is extremely slow. more than 10 days is a lot of time to wait. Especially when payments are drafted ASAP.

They corrected my order. Got my parts and fitted perfectly

Great service thanks

The part was exactly what I needed. Shipping was great and package arrived on time.

The catalitic converter arrived on time. I hope that it will last longer than aftermarket . . . . . .

Easy shopping experience. Very nice products!

Kevin and Oscar were a great help. I would recommend Grieco Toyota to family and friends.

Part was fair priced and shipped expediently! Will do business with them in the future!

I found the price, access on the web site and delivery to be all good. Will check the site again, if I need any more Toyota parts.

Great prices, nobody beats Griecos prices.
