Grieco parts store made it right. After ordering and paying the additional expedited shipping cost for a part that was in stock, I was emailed by a representative that advised me that only one part was available and the other part will ship out at a later date than expected. They agreed to credit back the expedited shipping cost and were able to get me my parts within the expected delivery date. The parts appeared genuine OEM Toyota and installed w/o any issues. They were able to retain their standing w/me which is the reason for the 5 stars. Thank you!

Happy you had one and delivered it. Not happy with the color of the rose colored lens. Now I have two different color taillights. The Lon’s was originally CLEAR. I had this happen before with a repair at Toyota Keyes in California. I have no idea how You people can’t get clear instead of Rose colored lens. I think I am going to dispute the payment . I’m also having trouble contacting the people involved.

Living in Canada, I was sure it would be a nightmare buying parts from the USA. However, I needed a part that was only available in the USA, and due to backlogs in Canada, the wait time for the part was indefinite. I found Grieco Toyota online while searching for parts, and their prices were amazing. I was able to use a package forwarding service, however, there was an issue where a specific number had to be in the Name field so that the package forwarding service would know where to send the package in Canada. Their online site wasn't allowing numbers in the name field, so I contacted them. Their customer service was amazing, I called many times and every time was greeted with such respect. Their online parts department especially helped me. Oscar, from that department, added another label on the package with the specific number so it could be directed properly within the package forwarding service. Additionally, he packaged all my parts in one package so that I wouldn't get charged more shipping fees across Canada. He also gave me his email so I can send all the label instructions from the package forwarding service so he can make sure my package makes it to me. In all, if it wasn't for Grieco Toyota and their service, my car would still be in the shop. As a Canadian, I will be buying my parts from them now. If i could give them more than 5 stars, I would.
