Ive been recently struggling with periorificial dermatitis and Pai has been among the few skincare products my skin could tolerate.

I’m really happy with this cream! It keeps my skin moisturized for a long time, feels calming, and helps reduce redness.

I am not impressed by the bottle containing Gentle Genius Barrier Care. The product itself is lovely and moisturising but it's extremely difficult for someone with arthritis to extract it from the container. Please rethink this or I will be unable to use this product. I miss the old product which it replaced, which I had been using for years.

Pai are an excellent company to purchase from - from ordering to delivering. I like their ethos.

I love th Middlemist seven cleanser. My skin always feels cleansed and nourished.

Alex was attentive and really quick at responding with an issue I had with Royal Mail - wasn’t Pai. Fantastic service am yet to try the products but if the service is anything to go by I am sure I will be over the moon!

My vitamin C drawing fludid plunger doesn’t work - no suction , so I have to tip the bottle into my hand to get the serum, Serum is good, shame about the plunger

Really speedy delivery and great recyclable packaging that’s the appropriate size for the products.

Not impressed with this product or idea. I tried it and it does not moisturize at all. My skin is left dry and cracks if I scratch afterwards. Maybe works for some, but not for me. Bring back the Polly plum! Waste of money
