Great products and great service. I had a problem with one product - my skin's fault, not the product itself - and they rode in to give me my money back without me asking. I really like the fact there is such a range dealing with different skin-types. Though mine is difficult - old, but still prone to clogging with sebum - I find it much more manageable.

I have been using the Bright Now rosehip toner exfoliation for about 2 weeks now. I use it nightly after cleansing my face with Light Work. This Bright Now is the product I needed without knowing I needed it: gentle but effective in cleansing and brightening. It’s a great addition to my nightly rosehip routine!

Always impressed with Pai's service. Delivery is very fast and the products are fab. Now in my 60s I've finally ditched the numerous "anti ageing" products that just cause my skin to react and decided to stick with a completely Pai routine and I can see the difference. My skin isn't so stressed so it looks much healthier. And the Age Confidence Serum coupled with the Anthemis has done more for my skin than anything else I've used.

Love the products. Only criticisms are that the packaging is really over the top. It could be simpler and less wasteful as a result. Also I'd like the option of no face cloth with the cream wash, please.
