Originally I received my tops but not the frame. My shipment notifications even stated "a part of my shipment" had shipped/processed/etc. The company initially said I just needed to keep looking because they absolutely shipped together. I photographed the package (that was clearly only the tops) and after persisting for a bit, I was finally sent the frames as well. Grateful that they listened so I could have frames!
