Sometimes you hear about great customer service and warranty's and Shady Rays delivered. Replace my sunglasses for what I considered was a minor fault in the earpiece that developed over the first year, THANKS.

I had issues with shipping, but contacted customer service and they had a quick reply and were helpful in getting everything figured out. Product is great, I have recommended Shady Rays to friends.

Shady Rays have become the only Sunglasses that my wife and I will wear. The glasses that we have received are such a high quality and fit our heads so well. That being said, I am so amazed by the Customer Service that we have received has been Fantastic!! I have never dealt with a company that replaces lost products for free. I loathe my sunglasses that I got this past spring and loved them so much I wanted to see if they were still available to reorder. That’s when I saw the replacement program. It was super easy to do and only had to pay a small processing fee. This is a company that offers amazing products at reasonable prices and then stands by their products completely. I will definitely be ordering from this company. I even found the ones I previously bought to be very comparable to my Ray Bans at a fraction of the cost. I absolutely love this brand!

great sunglasses

Had them for a week, I usually buy the expensive $200 pairs of sunglasses. Decided to try these and I love the quality. Love the clarity when looking through them. They feel amazing, no wear fatigue. I’m sold so far, time will tell as far as longevity.

Thsi company is amzing. I got Rx glasses and they are verynice and cheap. Well I broke the frame and they sent a new frame to me directly. I will always buy my rx sun glasses for the SR. Thanks!

Good glasses. Was worth the money. Had them for a year and just starting to have problems with them. Website is a pain to try to do the warranty replacement set.

I recently visited the Shady Ray store at the Oxmoor. Good, efficient, friendly, and polite service. I was, and am concerned that I was informed there is limit on replacements. Years ago when started buying glasses it was a lifetime guarantee. ?????

Always satisfied with my purchase

A year and a half years in and the inside clear coating is peeling off starting at sweat area. Little to no effect on vision, yet

I have purchased 11 pairs over several years, lost 1 (immediately replaced) and convinced many friends to buy them as well. Of all of them #12 was the most wonderful. I bought a pair of Colorush for a vacation to Maine. I am colorblind and haven't seen the beauty of changing leaves like I did on this trip, I was in awe! The yellows, oranges, red. . . all popped out like I always imagined. I will never buy anything beside Shady Rays!

sturdy pair of sunglasses for the price loved the pair that was a secret, as they were polarizing needed those but ordered reg ones to play golf in very happy with purchased!
