Everything associated with the mini shockwave torches has been a pleasant surprise from ordering to receipt of the product. I had one of the five torches that wouldn't keep the charge so I contacted customer service and they immediately shipped me a replacement with no hassle. Very impressed!

I purchased 5 of these for the ladies in my life. My wife, my daughter, my niece that's heading off to college, and my boss. I keep the last one in the door of my truck. The sound alone scares people and animals. I received one that was defective and PAIN SAFARI SENT ME A REPLACEMENT IMMEDIATELY!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
