They don’t work. Sent me a replacement and it doesn’t work either!

I had bought this taser as a security measure on my walks, (bears, bobcats and mountain lions are all possibilities), and it works really well. About 2 months after I got it the small charging insert fell out, got in touch and they sent me a new one within 2 weeks. Appreciate how easy their customer service was to get help. Highly recommend the Shockwave 2000 from Pain Safari!!

Easy order and fast shipping. Great quality product.

Took too long to ship

Seems awesome! It worked right out of the box. I bought it for my daughter who was doing some extensive traveling however I had forgotten that she was only taking ONE bag/backpack so she wouldn't have to check luggage so she wasn't able to take it. 🙄 HaHa! BUT she loved it anyway & says she will definitely use it when she returns! I love it personally!! A++!! 🤙

Great product, thank you! It is very easy to use.

Easy ordering process and fast shipping !! Mini shock wave is great for me to just throw in my pocket when I’m taking my dog for a walk. Last year there were a few dog attacks in my neighborhood, great little defensive item to protect myself and my beloved dog

Like it a lot.

Great item, gave 1 to mother in law for protection and for when walking her dogs out in the country

Awesome product just praying that I never have to use. Thank You

Bit of an inventory problem for awhile but Pain Safari gave me a discount for waiting & delivered as soon as possible. Thank you for quality products.

Works once then with a wimper the battery dies.

Haven't had to use it yet but it's nice knowing she has it if she needs it
