I appreciate the customer service I received over a small glitch I experienced. All who helped should be hugged and congratulated.

The wick seems to be defective and the candle has a very weak flame. I tried pouring off some of the wax but that made things worse and now the candle is tunneled. I do love Paddywax candles and will continue to purchase, just disappointed that this particular one has not worked out.
