You as a business provided an excellent service. You are let down by your delivery service. Extremely hard to track and even worse to communicate with. I think if you offered a far better delivery service people would happily pay that. But the company you use is way below standard for a company like yourself. You sell premium products yet the delivery company doesn’t back that up.
