I’ve not been using any shakes or drinks for too long, but of the few I’ve tried this one seems to really be helping me the most. My recovery from really hard workouts is much better, making my daily swims feel much more productive. My workouts swims have gotten quite a bit faster in the month since I’ve been using nutriboost and powerboost. I’m in my mid-40’s and it’s fun to see improvement in speed again!
