I noticed the first couple of days taking EnduroBoost Adaptagens that my recovery after US Masters swim practice was better. Prior to, I felt more than “tired” but I felt “hurt tired” like I’d been run over by a truck. The rest of my day wasn’t productive at all. After taking the EnduroBoost I felt what I consider a normal tired, yet I still felt like I could get through the day getting things done. I think this supplement is exactly what I needed.
