Having spent close to $300 on a perfume, you would think they would add free samples to the purchase, especially during Christmas season. Will never purchase from Above the collar again. Even Myer has better customer service.

Customer support was slower in getting back to me than the packaging and shipping team. Morevover, when the item arrived, the box was damaged. Outside packaging was in immaculate condition, meaning that an already damaged box was packed in my order, and since it was a gift, I felt very embarrassed giving it to my brother.

Fantastic service. There was an issue with selecting the correct free gift when I tried to order. So I sent through a FB msg at 10pm on a Friday night hoping they would see it the next day or even the following Monday. To my surprise they responded and fixed the problem immediately. Huge selection of products to choose from their easy to use website and it all came promptly in sensible packaging. Very happy and will definitely be purchasing from Above the Collar again.
