Overall good experience except for the fact even when ordering bundle I had to pay for the shipping out of stock ice packs. This is odd, I should have gotten free shipping since my total order was very high value.

Great upgrade. Just in time for road trip, 4 states. Nevada Utah Idaho California. 3 days. No ice needed. Safe food temperature maintained. No mess to clean. Just put ice packs in the freezer !

Worth every penny. Performed better than the big name brand vacuum insulated cooler. And is much lighter. Didn’t realize the lid wasn’t hinged until we got it and at first didn’t like that feature, but after using the cooler I got to liking the fully removable lid over hinged lids for several reasons.

I'm really happy with this cooler! My brother and his friends love it too. We ended up buying three because of the great quality and sleek design. Highly recommend

I ordered this beautiful cooler with the kit. While it does hold the cold, there’s been times that the other side latch opens or becomes undone that I lose the cool retention unknowingly. I have two thermocells and they are supposed to hold for 10hrs of coolness but that means nothing if it doesn’t remain closed. I may have a dud but now every single time I open it regardless of side I make sure they are both closed. It helps a ton. I’ve used this with ice and the way it holds ice is beyond anything I’ve ever owned. I’ve owned Yeti, Coleman, Igloo max, pelican and the sorts and there is nothing in the market that comes close. I’ve not tried using the cells with ice, but ice alone I’ve gotten up to 6 days and still have floating cubes. Of all the coolers I’ve used not a single one can come close with this small footprint and capacity. I have removed a star because if you add the cells and load it up with room temperature beverages it doesn’t do that well. Use ice and it’s a game changer. Shipping was really good, carrier didn’t damage the box and the driver took extra care to drop off.

Definitely need more communication on when to expect the cooler. I received mine in 6 weeks, which I think is reasonable, but not without ever telling me to expect that. Anything over 2 weeks without a word leaves the buyer feeling like they may have been scammed. I certainly did.

I use this cooler everyday. I love my cold food and drinks. Before this cooler I was buying a 17 pound bag of ice per week. Now I throw in the two cold packs and it keeps my drinks as cold as ice without the price of ice. In a year and a half of not buying ice this cooler will pay for itself. Love it.

I really love the design of the cooler and the fact I do not need to get ice constantly I can just reuse the ice packs. I will definitely give it a tough test as soon as I can convince myself to toss it in my helicopter.

It took a while to ship, but customer support was there for me with answers. Plan ahead and order now - it's like Christmas Day when it arrives.

The bundles were on backorder when I placed my order. A few weeks later I received an email from Oyster saying they were sorry for the amount of time it was taking to get my bundle shipped. The email said they were going to ship me the new freezer packs that weren't for sale yet as a thank you. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE NEW FREEZER PACKS THAT KEEP STUFF BELOW 32 DEGREES. Kinda disappointing they didn't come through with what they said they were going to do.

Love it. Holds more than expected and minimal space required for packing.

So it took a couple of months from order to delivery but an excellent cooler can’t wait to try it out this summer.
