Great cooler

They should have informed me that shipping it through the states would add an extra $190 in fees. It was already expensive. I’m now using it as an piece of art in the living room

The cooler is AWSOME! But those cryo packs are garbage & I need a refund

I love the coolers so much that I’ve bought two for myself and given them as special gifts to family. But I’m unhappy that my second cooler came without a handle and I had to go back and buy that as an “extra accessory,” what a rip off on an already expensive cooler. I rarely use the red strap, but the handle is essential.

I was a little disapointed I really didn't see any real difference betwween the old blue ones or the Oyster. However I do like the compact size!

Ordered came in on time good condition I have had good experience with my orders.

Cooler is very efficient, and a great size. I have already lost one of the Unimount Keys, and a bit annoyed that they are $30 each to replace. Would love to see a small metal cable “leash” that can attach to the Unimount and to the cooler or strap, so that it if comes loose, it is not lost. I have to turn it over to others for travel, and it is not always tended to.

Product = great. Love it. Order communication = needs work. I understand the challenges of the 7-10 days back ordered but providing a date range for when it would ship (even if it's a week long) would have been helpful, and then updating that same date with an estimated delivery date. As a customer I felt a bit like I sent $500+ to a dark hole. Then it arrived missing a part - that should have been communicated up front vs having to email to inquire.

Great product, probably the best we have had in terms of thermal performance v weight.

The weight performance ratio on this is incredible. Its a cooler that always stays in my car. I have two sets of Oyster Ice packs and I just change them daily from the garage freezer. Its like having a fridge in the car. Game changer.

Best online purchase I've made recently! Got the cooling and and added the cryo oacks along with the cooler. Gave away my Yeti Roadie 20. I lve in Arixona and can store frozen goods,when the ambient heat in the car is 135°F, all day.

So far so good. Love not needing ice for a few days trips. And if one day there is a cooler in different color i would probably get a second to keep at freezing tems with more chilled products in longer trips

The best cooler I have used for keeping drinks cold without the bulk and weight. I have the other top brand names, they do not come close to the Oyster cooler.
