I purchased an oyster cooler, but the tote bag was missing when it was delivered. I requested that they confirm it by email and send it back, but I have not heard back yet.
Very happy Tracking and delivery 🚚 perfect Very happy with the cooler
The weight performance ratio on this is incredible. Its a cooler that always stays in my car. I have two sets of Oyster Ice packs and I just change them daily from the garage freezer. Its like having a fridge in the car. Game changer.
Best online purchase I've made recently! Got the cooling and and added the cryo oacks along with the cooler. Gave away my Yeti Roadie 20. I lve in Arixona and can store frozen goods, when the ambient heat in the car is 135°F, all day.
So far so good. Love not needing ice for a few days trips. And if one day there is a cooler in different color i would probably get a second to keep at freezing tems with more chilled products in longer trips
The best cooler I have used for keeping drinks cold without the bulk and weight. I have the other top brand names, they do not come close to the Oyster cooler.
So far really like the size and performance
Very fast shipment!
Good quality and works great. Pricey but with the scratch and dent option recently I took the plunge.
Fast shipping and great communication.
Works great with ice!!
Cooler arrived damage. I reported the documented issue. Still no time when they will exchange.
You guys did a great job addressing my lid problem. Sent me new parts for free promptly. Communication was easy. “Clammed” me right up. Get it? “Oyster”/“Clam” Sorry 😞 Thanks again
The cooler itself stays cool. What's not cool is that it the lid tends to pop off even when you're careful. It would have been better to have it hinged or make that an option to be able add a couple screws if we want it hinged. Another thing that should have been standard is a handle. While the strap handle works, it's not as practical as the handle to use on a cooler. Also the fact that it is easily to pop in and out makes it a little dangerous when you're carrying a full load as it is easier to slip off when bumped or when moving about. I do like the styling, I wish it had more function to the form.
I love my Oyster cooler, it performs EXACTLY as is advertised, and I've used it for over a year. However, when having to replace one of the rubber feet, I paid 5. 00 for the item, and 10. 00 to ship it. As much as the cooler costs, the rubber feet are not worth 15. 00…I would include an extra with the purchase price. My daughter wants to add one to her wedding registry, but I did warn her about ongoing maintenance costs.
Perfekt til lange varme dager. Holder kulde utrolig godt.
Camping in many locations with no towns near by, getting ice is not an option. With the use of solar panels and a solar generator, I power a 50 watt freezer. I would keep one of the ice packs for the Oyster cooler in the freezer and rotate it with the one in the cooler every 8 hours. In this way I was able to keep all my refrigerated items at a safe temperature for the duration of a two week trip. The size of the Oyster allowed for plenty of room to hold all my foodstuff and beverage needs for the duration (for one person) Having the freezer allows me to have frozen pre-prepared meals - and freeze the ice packs for the cooler. A perfect solution for my off grid needs
The Oyster Thermal is an incredibly impressive product—especially when it comes to performance, design and handling. It’s hard to imagine anything better on the market in terms of usability, aesthetics and compactness. Despite its minimal footprint, it offers surprisingly generous capacity, and the industrial design is absolutely top-tier. This is without a doubt the most refined and well-executed product in its category, and it fully justifies its premium price.
The Oyster cooler is an excellent product and works very well. I use yeti ice below the oyster ice, and it appears to extend the cold cycle of the oyster ice blocks, with the trade-off of fewer drinks in the cooler. One thing I don't like about the cooler is that the handle clanks against the cooler body if you let it go. The handle should have some rubber on it to prevent this.
I used it for a 4 day camping trip in the Utah desert. Kept my beers cold and a few sandwiches along the way. I thought I would use the hard handle more, but that strap is amazing for loading and unloading out of the truck. This will be an essential travel companion for a long time to come.
