Magnificent product - impressed by the design and functionality. Exceeds any prior imagined expectation:)

The order-to-ship process was not very good. The information provided was inaccurate, with no way of finding out anything about the order. But, love the cryo blocks and the handles.

Had an issue with the glue failing on my cooler and all I could get was an AI response that said "a customer service rep would look in to the issue". This went on for months before I finally recieved an answer. They did finally replace the cooler under the "lifetime " warranty but the process was grueling and took way too long to get a real person to respond.

I bought the oops edition cooler, but I can't find any visible flaw. It looks perfect. Performance is really amazing. Cooling blocks still frozen solid after 10 hours at the beach.

If your looking at one of these coolers the only question there is left is when are you getting one!

It’s so cool to be cool! Hot summer day with direct sunlight and close to 30c for Mr Oyster. Morning after: ice cold leftovers. Design, build, packaging feels very right. Also if you compare this to a yeti, don’t. It’s like comparing a Landcruiser with a 911.

They should have informed me that shipping it through the states would add an extra $190 in fees. It was already expensive. I’m now using it as an piece of art in the living room

I love the coolers so much that I’ve bought two for myself and given them as special gifts to family. But I’m unhappy that my second cooler came without a handle and I had to go back and buy that as an “extra accessory,” what a rip off on an already expensive cooler. I rarely use the red strap, but the handle is essential.

I was a little disapointed I really didn't see any real difference betwween the old blue ones or the Oyster. However I do like the compact size!

Cooler is very efficient, and a great size. I have already lost one of the Unimount Keys, and a bit annoyed that they are $30 each to replace. Would love to see a small metal cable “leash” that can attach to the Unimount and to the cooler or strap, so that it if comes loose, it is not lost. I have to turn it over to others for travel, and it is not always tended to.
