Simple process - easy to select what I wanted , - shipping was on time

At our company we keep an OWL at every branch location! We have enjoyed using them and we have had nothing but an excellent experience whenever we have reached out to the support team. The shipping was so fast, and the tech who helped really did everything to make sure we had the ability to get back up and running. We've used Owl 360 webcams for years, but unfortunately our unit we had for the last 5 years stopped working one day. It was out of warranty but the Owl Rep was really great in giving us a discount. As much as we loved having the discount the final price was still much higher than their competitors. We ended up trying 4 different brands some much cheaper and some closer in price to the Owl 3. A couple of them were promising at the start but during our meetings that Owl quality that we were accustomed to having simply was not there. We returned all 4 units and went back to Owl as they are simply the best 360 webcam provider in this industry. Not a fan of the price, but I guess you get what you pay for, so we are sticking with Owl. I would give them 5 stars but the price requires a serious commitment for my not for profit company. We pray this unit lasts much longer than our Owl Pro.

Shipping was great. Ease of online ordering was great. Have not had a chance to actually use the product yet. I'm waiting for our IT department to connect it to our system.

Good videos but really frustrated that there was not word about it not connecting via a dongle.
