Shipping and Customer Support were extremely efficient and helpful. I definitely will continue to use Owl products for our meetings.

There should be a bit more disclosure of how to install and the possible necessity for the owl bar to make the product work more seamlessly. I have seen after the purchase the subtleness of the power cord always being connected.

Best hybrid conferencing system I’ve ever used. The remote folks could follow the conversation around the table, which we thought would be nearly impossible. Definitely worth the investment for my dispersed team.

As noted below, we ordered Owl 4+, Owl Bar TV Mount, and Owl Bar (some reason doesn't show up in this review format) together. All came in different packages over a week. Maybe the separate reviews comes from the different shipping/delivery
