I would give a 5 star but I don't understand why the Owl's did not come with the current software update. It was nice to have a person to call to get help to update the software but each owl had to be upgraded twice and it took hours.

We tested out the Meeting Owl right when we received it and it was a really easy process! The picture quality is great and everything worked exactly how we it should. This is a really cool product and we would recommend!

I recently purchased the owl, gen 3, I wish your website offered gen 4. Images are blurry, could I upgrade to Gen 4?

Trouble shooting, communication and speed of replacement delivery was good. The product does not meet my expectation.

Owl customer service was fantastic. They jumped in immediately when I had an issue. They walked me through some troubleshooting for my issue and ultimately got me a new product (which works wonderfully). The whole process was seamless, and they were very easy to work with.

Customer service was excellent; replacement camera arrived ahead of schedule and there were no issues with the setup and installation.
