Very good and speedy service (dispatched in 2-3 days if i recall correctly. Received the axe as scheduled via fedex. Don't forget duty and taxes when buying from the other side of the pond, but that's on me. As the product itself, beautiful axe head, razor sharp (and i mean, like shaving sharp) with a beautiful mirror polish. Perfect grain alignment on the haft with beautiful color on the wood, truly a piece of art. The only element less than perfect is on the eye of the axe, where a small piece of the wedgeseems to have chipped away but i'm pretty sure it won't cause problem since there's no gap around the rest of the eye or the shoulder.

Product and shipping very good. Unfortunately I had to wait a long time for you to return my money after I sent back a wrong size product. The package I sent was waiting almost 20 days in the post office for Outnorth to pick it up. In total it took about a month to get my refund. That is considering that I had already ordered a right size product. So for a month my money was locked in with you. I hope Outnorth can improve the process of returns and refunds, because I would like to be a returning customer. I'll definately give it another go.
