I bought something 2 weeks ago. Reading the conditions, Lieferzeit: "Deine Artikel sind lagernd und werden innerhalb von 1-3 Arbeitstagen versendet. Versanddauer 4 - 5 Arbeitstage" (your items are in store and will be send in 1-3 days. The delivery takes 4-5 days) I was expecting less than week for delivery. But I also called the service which (unfriendly) confirmed that there is no chance to get anything delivered from Sweden before the indicated time. Now 14 days latter I'm waiting and ... waiting. 10 days ago (5th and not 1-3 days after purchase) I have got confirmation from Outhorth AB "your delivery is on the way! Sounds great. But today, 10 days later the delivery is not on the way, only the data was transferred to delivery company. Therefore I recomend not to expect service promises.
