Orders are shipped promptly, clothing and packaging are environmentally friendly, and the customer service has always been prompt, courteous, and helpful. I typically only purchase items when they are on sale because the clothes, although excellent, are overpriced. I’ve also had some sizing differences between tops, despite the size chart being universal for all tops. For example, the blanket shirt is much larger than the utilitarian shirt, despite the size chart for both items being identical. I strongly recommend that Outerknown provide garment-sizing details.
