Never disappointed me.

Return/exchange was easy

I had some trouble with sizing, but I was taken care of with exchanges, and now I have the correct size. Service was excellent, and I would highly recommend Outerknown.

I love Outerknown's commitment to quality clothing while remaining careful to respect environmental issues. Outerknown also has the best exchange procedure that I've experienced in my many years of online orders. Thank you Outerknown!

Easiest exchange ever and received my replacement pants within three days of starting the process. Great cords, by the way.

Shipping was a breeze and quick

Good buys

facilitated exchange with no hassles

Great quality! Purchased a hat and 2 t-shirts for my husband, shirts are not sheer and flattering! Trendy colors with green panel hat, faired very well in the pool and ocean. Pocket tee was a nice deep green too! Hesitated with the Sojourn tee- but don’t be worried! The arm “cuff” is not restricting and looks fit!

All good

Order came on time, I am very happy with my purchase. Will plan to buy from OK again.

Great service.

OK customer service is the very best I know of. I’m constantly surprised at their level of engagement and personal touch - beyond the AI assistant and auto reply emails. OK really reads the reviews and they follow up. Very impressive for a company operating at this volume and quality level in the current environment. Well done!

Shipping was fast and everything was as expected.

Quality is top notch. But hey, more sales and more discounts needed.

This has become my favorite clothing brand.

Great experience

As has been the standard, super fast shipping, love the recyclable packaging. Had to do a return and that went super smooth as well.

Love these shorts...5th pair....Need more colors
