Ordered a rug through Outdoor Rooms and they called me to let me know that size was out of stock with supplier. They offered a refund or the next size uo at the same price. How awesome was that in a time when you generally can't get a company to answer a phone! Very pleased with the rug - vibrant colors and perfect to keep us and our dog from slipping on our hardwood floors! Highly recommend this seller!

I’m glad we stopped into their store while visiting Table Rock Lake. All of the staff and store owner were very helpful. We ended up buying a set of polywood rockers and chemicals for our hot tub, which is now crystal clear with very little effort! Ty for the recommendations!
