Everything, went extremely well; from placing my order to receiving my order. Dealing with OTAA, is extremely easy. Courteousy is excellent. The tie I ordered more than met my expectations. I have bought a few ties from OTAA. I have always been more than satisfied with product quality, and the service provided.

As I have come to expect with OTAA, not only I receive the ties and vests super fast, but the build quality is excellent!! I had to chat to customer service as the vest was not true to size. In the end, I decided to gift it to a student struggling for something nice to wear to the year 12 ball. Being OTAA goes above and beyond in customer service; they offered a return and refund, however, I think doing it this way has OTAA buy into a very low socio-economic school and help a young bloke out. Well done OTAA, you are legends!

Ordered a self tie Bow Tie and a matching pocket square. The bow tie was as expected but the pocket square was not matching. I contacted OTAA and they promptly sent out the correct item. All in all I'm very happy with the experience.

Best ties ever. Thanks to Jesse Waters for revealing this brand to me. How about some AFL & W or NRL & W team ties for us Yank fans that love Aussie sports. A Wombat, Koala & Dingo tie would be great to.

Orders two bow ties. Love the black velvet diamond tip bow tie. The ivory satin diamond tip bow tie is not as satin-y and soft as it looked in some of the photos, is much stiffer than I expected which also makes it harder to tie.

It always takes me ages to find shirts that fit well that aren’t too big or too small in the wrong areas. But the Medium fits like a glove, so relieved.
