After a faulty pillow arrived, a replacement was sent out immediately. We have two pillows in our house, my daughter really suffers with sleep and the pillow together with they eye mask really do help her to switch off…. . she also loves to wear the ostrich pillow on long haul flights!

J'ai fait le voyage de Zurich à Punta Cana et j'ai beaucoup apprécié

Package arrived was well wrapped and on time. Pillow is extremely comfortable and am looking forward to using it on my next holiday.

I like that it’s a high collar :)

Great service, easy to order and prompt delivery…very pleased with purchase

My daughter struggles to sleep, we each have an ostrich pillow. She had a dramatic middle of the night nosebleed and her pillow required cleaning. After following incorrect cleaning instructions from the website, the pillow was ruined! I contacted customer services who replied promptly, replaced the pillow and changed the cleaning instruction on the site. They also sent a complementary eye mask which was super kind.

I was surprised over the quality of this item, you can tell they are of excellent quality. Worth spending that bit more on a decent product, comfortable to wear and your legs don’t sweat or feel uncomfortably hot. Would highly recommend this product.

Expensive but comfortable.

Superb

Very reliable

The memory foam bed pillow is good. It is a change related to a normal one, but after 2-3 nights it feels very comfortable. I slso ordered the pillowcase, here I am not so satisfied. As I am using the sleeping mask, the straps are pilling the textile. This I have not experienced with a normal woven cotton fabric.

Excellent

Great pillow

On time and nicely boxed.

The two pillow sides do not stick together even when not on my neck . This was expensive and I am very cross It is not functional at all

Fast delievery - Nothing to complain about

reliable, quick

I’m so pleased for the quality, comfortable design. Bought for my 36 hours flight journey. I have to say a huge thank you to providing comfort and style. Really worth it every penny for this pillow. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for definitely a %100 quality and durable!

Professional company, excellent service.

Easy to order and arrived quickly and very well packaged. Delivery was tracked as well so it was easy to see where and when it would be delivered.
