This is the pillow. I have only worn it at home, but it works. It keeps your neck straight, you can sleep with this. Also the packaging, texture and colors. . . good investment. Looking forward to using it in my forthcoming trip to japan.

Good service

The purchase and shipping process was quick and seamless. The return policy was important to me as I wasn't sure if it would be a good product for me personally. Fortunately it worked better than I'd hoped so a return was not necessary.

The wrong size was issued in my order. After delivery was shipped I was unhappy that M size was not packed. However reaching out to Customer Service they quickly resolved the matter and apologised offering to send another pair or refund. On a positive note I'm happy with the goods and will enjoy my travels.
