The shipping was OK. I received it last Saturday in perfect condition. It seems to be a lot comfortable and I am anxious to use it in my next trip. It has a good design.

I received the products (Neck Wrap and Eye Mask) in perfect condition. Everything arrived very well-packaged and quickly. The eye mask is super comfortable. It blocks out all light while still feeling comfortable. I also immediately used the neck wrap, which heats up in just 30 seconds in the microwave; it is very relaxing to lie down and listen to music with my eyes covered and my neck wrap nice and warm.

It fits perfectly and is very comfortable. I’d like to buy more—I wonder if there are any discounts available? If so, it would make for an excellent gift.

I’m 6 foot three. I have to wedge my head in between the seat in the window in order to achieve a resting position. Believe it or not, there’s always something poking into my head that I can’t reach with the inadequate pillow. NO MORE! I put this on and can wedge my head into any poky hole or uneven spot with the assurance that I’ll be comfortable no matter what comes!

This is a great neck pillow for any time you'd like to relax in a near vertical position. Much better than the flat ring neck pillows. I love it! I ordered it online and it arrived faster than expected. The whole purchasing and receiving experience was great. I would definitely buy from them again. I absolutely despise standard travel neck pillows, and I've literally been dreaming of a pillow like this for years. I did a ton of research before buying and ultimately landed on the Ostrich pillow as my best bet. . . and it's exactly what I was hoping for! It's SO comfortable, sturdy enough to actually hold my head up, and I love that it's so adjustable. Also love that the cover can be removed and washed. Altogether, such a great purchase. This thing is going to save me on my frequent cross-Atlantic flights.
