I have just received my brand new Daylite plus backpack to replace my old one which I have loved for the past 8 years. I sent it for repair using the online process on the Osprey website. Communication was very good throughout from Osprey and also from the repair company. I am delighted to have a new backpack when my original could not be fixed. I remain a loyal Osprey fan and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Practical backpack with just the right amount of pockets and organization. Can be used for packing for a weekend or week away, with the expansion added. Also sufficiently comfortable for taking on a long walk or hike (not loaded too heavily).

If I had to highlight two things about this backpack, are the quality of the materials (impermeability, zip quality, storage organization). I've done a month of research as of what to buy, and with the Ospray Insurance + the quality of the backpack I don't regret my choice at all. Highly recommended
