The item was shipped fast and on time

The backpack is very comfortable and has just the right number of pockets to carry everything you need. I would like it to be possible to remove the laptop compartment, as it takes up space in the main compartment, although I realize that not carrying a laptop is a particular need of mine. The materials and zippers are of excellent quality. In the future, I would love to see a lighter version, but considering the price, I think this backpack is a best buy.

Purchased an Escapist 25L about 12 years ago and loved it, sadly some components eventually broke. Contacted Osprey (without a receipt or proof of purchase) and they arranged to try to repair my bag. Sadly it couldn't be saved, so I was offered the newer version of the Escapist which doesn't have space for a reservoir. I mentioned this Osprey offered a bag of greater value than my old one which suits my needs perfectly. They really REALLY care about their customers and doing their part for the planet. Hands down the best company in the world! I've splashed out on another bag and it won't be my last, and I'll make absolutely sure anyone who needs a new bag heads to Osprey. Unreal!

Comfortable. Had to return as I was between sizes. Went for the Talon 40 pro instead.
