I am SO impressed with the service I've received from Osprey. I have had the daypack that goes with the Fairview range for about 9 years. I've used it daily and have taken it around the world. When the zip finally admitted defeat I used the All Mighty Guarantee and returned my bag to Osprey. They have just sent me a brand new pack as might was too far gone! This was within about 3 weeks of me 1st requesting the repair. What a fantastic service! I am a very happy customer and would recommend Osprey to anyone buying any kind of adventure pack (:
