Backpack has good quality. Sippers and material and specially the ergonomic and breathable back. Bag is tiny - for bottle of water and small snack only. Not big enough for books + extra clothes and trainers. We will order a 30l model for our girls. I would like more colors and patterns for girls. Delivery was quick!

Il prodotto é ottimo l'assistenza non sò se è perché ho scritto in italiano ma non mi hanno mai risposto. Ho fatto un errore sull'indirizzo della spedizione ma osprey non mi ha risposto. Contattato dhl mi hanno anche richiamato due volte per aggiornarmi e hanno risolto il problema. Super. Detto ciò, è il primo acquisto fatto con osprey e sicuramente ne farò altri .

Ein Nachteil ist, dass der Rückversand aus Deutschland nach Belgien sehr teuer ist und vom Endkunden getragen werden muss. Die entsprechende Begründung einer möglichst nachhaltigen Kaufentscheidung ist aus meiner Sicht ein vorgeschobenes Grennwashing-Argument.
