Great company, the site is full of information and they believe in their products giving a 30 years guarantee! Purchasing from them it's been great, the backpack (stratos 34) arrived on time and I'm very pleased with it. Yep buy from them, you won't be disappointed!

Extremely good service in every way. Real people to liaise with and prompt service. Difficult to improve on.

Easy to order and arrived quickly . No issues

This backpack is Great. It fits all my lowland leader kit. The rain cover is attached so it won't fly off or get lost. The top opening makes it easy to pack/unpack. It’s very comfortable to wear, the straps around the waist and chest help to ease the pressure on my lower back with heavier loads.

Good value bundle. Arrived quickly. Great products for hiking.

Amazing service, quick shipping

Possibly the best example of does what it says on the tin. I've used it a couple of times and like that they try and repair the bag with local supplies. If they can't do it new pack inbound which has now be honoured for two of my bags in daily use over the last 10 years. I already loved these bags, now I'm evangelical 😉. Just be aware of the limited lifetime on the Poco products if you're buying one.

Excellent very fast shipping, really happy with the service! The bag arrived in Romania in about 4 working days.

Spedizione ottima e prodotto molto utile.

The new Exos48 is rugged and smartly designed for all my adventure needs. After a 200K test trek, I really like some of the upgrades Osprey has made here while remaining extremely lightweight. The ruggedized bottom panel allows me to set the pack down, upright so that my gear stays out of the dirt. The straps are all redesigned to be slightly stronger and also more length to tie more gear to the outside -allowing me to more easily secure my gear and have more use-cases with the pack. The side pouches are very expandable for many types of water bottels, etc. but also feel very strong. All the features feel very purposeful with nothing added to the design that i feel i dont need. Keep up the good R&D Osprey. I will be back(pack) for more.

Merci beaucoup

Excellent all round customer experience...
