Produit super, livraison catastrophique. Le carton était ÉNORME pour un simple sac à dos : il m’arrivait presque aux hanches alors que je fais une taille moyenne. J’aurais aimé avoir plus de choix pour la livraison.

Osprey Europe's customer support and product warranty are absolutely excellent. When I encountered an issue with a backpack, their team handled the claim with outstanding professionalism. Communication was flawless, and they honored their warranty completely, making the entire replacement process incredibly simple and fast. It gives you great peace of mind to see a brand that genuinely stands behind its products.

Great from the perspective of shipping and returns (except you have to pay for returns in the UK) but not great from being able to actually speak to someone and time to reply to enquiries. You can't speak to a person in real time at all and replies take days. You can't have a good conversation about bag choice or anything really.
