I'm very happy with this bag. It complements my Osprey Radial backpack, which has a frame and is stiff, while this one doesn't and can be packed and squished into tight spaces. It has enough compartments for good organization without being overly organized (which eats up internal space).

Allmighty Garanty has really proven itself! I was super happy with my bag and it got damaged really quickly because of my own fault. But super understanding and quickly, this was resolved and now I have the same bag again. I don't think I ever want another brand!!

My son told me about the Osprey Lifetime guarantee. I was dubious but sent my old backpack off for repair. I was told it was beyond repair and offered a brand new replacement. If this isn't enough, the communication and customer service was excellent every step of the way. My next rucksack will definitely be Osprey!
