The parts I ordered were not what I needed

Ordered the wrong brace. Need the one with the pad on both sides. Don't know how to return this one.

My mistake because I didn't realize the 13" accessory strap was not velcro. I had to add velcro so it works fine now. Easy to order and quick delivery,

We got the lift for my father. He is bedridden and it has been great to use. Once you get the harness set up to fit the patient it is easier to use. The lift makes moving him so much easier. Keep it charged and you’ll be ready to go.
